Star Belly Spread 4

I finished half of spread 4 today. The other half is a vignette so it shouldn't take too long. Here's the text for the spread:
"Ada and Star Belly would play together for hours. In the daytime, when the universe in the sky was hidden and Ada couldn't see the stars, she would stare inside Star Belly's tummy, imagining she was an astronaut floating through space."
I'm trying to decide on a style for the book and choose between paint or pencil. I prefer pencil as I find it more atmospheric, but full colour probably works better for a children's book.

This is beautiful! This style is perfect for a children's book, this is the kind I'd choose for my collection :) I agree about color pencils being a nice medium for dreamy illustrations but they do take long, don't you find? Muuuch longer than paints

I think you should do two Star Belly books - one coloured for children and another pencil version for adults. The story could even be slightly different for the adult market. I think it would do very well. You could even release it as an application. I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
